Safety

Trust is the product.

Every feature in ICT Services exists to make booking a stranger feel as safe as booking a friend.

Provider verification

Every provider on ICT Services goes through identity verification before they can take a job. We check:

  • Valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport).
  • NBI clearance, where applicable to the category.
  • Trade-specific certifications (electrical, plumbing, transport).
  • Vehicle and OR/CR documents for ride and rental categories.

Verification typically takes 48 hours. Pros with expired credentials are automatically suspended until they update their documents.

Escrowed payments

When you book, your payment is authorized but held by us — not passed to the provider. Funds are released only when the job is marked complete by both sides. This eliminates a whole class of scam common to off-platform bookings.

Live tracking and contact

Every booking has live GPS tracking, in-app chat, and a masked call feature — the provider never sees your real phone number. Share your trip status with a friend or family member in one tap.

Disputes

Something off? Open a dispute from the booking screen within 48 hours of completion. A real human on our trust team reviews evidence from both sides — chat logs, location history, photos, ratings — and decides on a refund, partial refund, or release of funds within 24 hours.

Ratings and reviews

Both sides rate each other after every booking. Providers who consistently rate below 4.0 are reviewed by our team. Customers who repeatedly cancel late, no-show, or harass providers can be removed.

Reporting safety concerns

If you feel unsafe during a job, hit the SOS button in-app — it captures your location and pings our 24/7 safety team plus a contact you nominate. For anything criminal, contact PNP or your local barangay first, then us.

What we don't tolerate

  • Harassment, threats, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Misrepresenting credentials or identity.
  • Off-platform payment or contact requests.
  • Any illegal activity.

Violations result in removal. Severe ones are reported to authorities.
