Refund Policy
Our money-back rules in plain language. If something goes wrong, you should get your money back.
When you'll get a refund
- The provider cancels or no-shows.
- The provider doesn't deliver what was booked.
- You and the provider agree to cancel before work starts.
- Our trust team rules in your favor after a dispute.
Cancellation fees
You can cancel free of charge until the provider has accepted the booking. After acceptance, a small cancellation fee applies based on timing:
- More than 4 hours before start — free.
- 1 to 4 hours before start — 25% of booking value.
- Less than 1 hour before start, or after the pro is en-route — 50%.
The cancellation fee covers the provider for time and travel already invested. The remainder is refunded to your original payment method.
How disputes work
Open a dispute from the booking screen within 48 hours of completion. You'll be asked to describe what went wrong and provide evidence (photos, chat history, etc.). Our trust team reviews and decides within 24 hours.
Possible outcomes: full refund, partial refund, release of funds, or — in rare cases — an additional credit for inconvenience.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved, it's initiated immediately. Funds appear in your account based on your payment method:
- GCash / Maya / wallet — within minutes.
- Credit / debit card — 5 to 10 working days, depending on issuer.
- Bank transfer — 1 to 3 working days.
What's not refundable
- The platform service fee for completed bookings.
- Tips you have given (these go directly to providers).
- Disputes filed more than 48 hours after completion.
