ICT Services is the Philippines' service marketplace — verified pros, fair pricing, and the trust to actually use it.
The problem
Hiring someone you don't know is hard in the Philippines. You either rely on a recommendation from a friend, scroll Facebook Marketplace and pray, or wait days for a callback. Quality is hit-or-miss, pricing is opaque, and there's no recourse when something goes wrong.
What we built
A single app that does one thing well: connect customers with nearby verified service providers, with up-front pricing, in-app payment, live tracking, and dispute resolution. Whether you need a barber for an event, a mechanic on EDSA at 2am, or a self-drive rental for the weekend — same app, same trust model.
How we're different
- Every provider is KYC-verified. ID, certifications, background — checked before they take a single job.
- Money in escrow. The provider doesn't get paid until you confirm the job is done.
- Disputes resolved by humans. Real people, 24-hour turnaround, both sides heard.
- Local-first. We're built in the PH, for the PH — GCash and Maya at launch, BIR-compliant invoicing for pros.
