Terms of Service

The basics of how ICT Services works and what we owe each other. Last updated May 2026.

1. Who we are

ICT Services is operated by Innocube Technologies, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with principal office in Metro Manila. References to "we", "us" and "the platform" mean Innocube Technologies, Inc.

2. What we do

We operate an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers across the Philippines. We do not employ providers and do not perform the services ourselves; providers are independent contractors who use our platform to find work.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ICT Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You may close your account at any time from your settings.

4. Bookings, payments and cancellations

When you book a service, the price displayed is what you pay. Funds are held in escrow and released to the provider only after the job is marked complete by both sides. Cancellation rules are shown at the time of booking and may include a small fee depending on how late you cancel.

5. Disputes

If something goes wrong, open a dispute in-app within 48 hours of completion. Our trust team will review evidence from both sides and decide on a refund, partial refund, or release of funds within 24 hours of receiving the dispute.

6. Prohibited uses

  • Booking services off-platform to avoid fees.
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any user.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, credentials, or service.
  • Using ICT Services for any illegal activity.

7. Limitation of liability

ICT Services is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for damages arising from the services you book through us. Our maximum aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app and via email. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance.
