For customers

How do I book a service?

Open the app, tap a category, choose a provider, lock in your price and time. Funds are held in escrow until the job is done.

How is the price calculated?

Providers set their own base rates. We show the full price — including any travel or after-hours surcharges — before you confirm. No surprise charges.

When am I charged?

When you confirm a booking we authorize your payment method, but money only leaves your account when the job is marked complete by both sides.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel free of charge until the provider has accepted. After that a small cancellation fee applies based on how close to the start time you cancel.

What if something goes wrong?

Open a dispute from the booking screen within 48 hours. Our trust team reviews evidence from both sides and resolves within 24 hours.

For providers

How do I sign up as a provider?

Click Apply as a provider, fill in your details, and upload your government ID. Verification takes about 48 hours.

What does verification check?

A valid government ID, NBI clearance (or barangay clearance for some categories), and any trade-specific certifications. We do background checks for sensitive categories like in-home work.

How much does it cost?

Zero. No sign-up fee, no monthly fee, no equipment fee. We take a small service fee from each completed booking — shown transparently in your dashboard.

When do I get paid?

The moment a booking is marked complete by both you and the customer, your share is released to your linked bank or e-wallet account. Most payouts land within one working day.
